A day home with the kids while it's freezing and snowy outside? Piece of cake! It's easy when you have Cedar City's newly remodeled Burger King!
I have always associated Burger King with slow service, cold food, and flies. Recently, though, they remodeled the Burger King in Cedar City and it's nothing short of magical.
The burgers are still almost always cold. How do they do that? Anyway, thanks, Burger King.
Later in the day we all went sledding in 23 degree weather. By the end I was talking like I had a mouth full of Novocaine.
Claire was doing all of these jumps with the sled on her knees. I suppose I wanted to be Awesome Mom or just prove to the world I was not really 44, but I tried it. Disastrous.
I straight up landed on my head. Then I lay there and cried while Tyler bent over me trying to tell if I had a concussion. Then when he wanted to look at the video (because the spill was obviously very funny looking) I was uncooperative and grumpy about it.
I'm sorry, I can't help it! I was traumatized! This morning I have a tender spot on my forehead and a sore neck (from the ground trying to shove my head into my body).
