Southern Utah University

This is big news.

Last Thursday Tyler was offered a one-year visiting-professor position with this blessed institution.

I would have posted about it sooner, but we have been busy floating on clouds. I want to tell the people who hired him that they just made an incredible investment. But I will allow my wonderful husband to prove that over the next year.

I am so happy for him. Whether the position turns permanent or not (fingers crossed), it is an excellent opportunity that will serve as a springboard to even better things.

I, for one, would be fine planting roots in Cedar City, my new favorite town. I've been reading about it and it sounds amazing. Perhaps I will do a little post on that later. To entice all of my friends to come visit.

Anyway, happy happy!

And by the by, someone please buy our house.

  8. So I googled it and it should have been "beck and call", but I live in the country and should be able to say whatever I want with complete freedom to not be an idiot. Note that.
